Harvested from the pristine, native forests of South West, Western Australia, this delicious antioxidant-rich honey stays smooth, runny and full of flavour. Jarrah trees flower once every two years, making this honey a rare natural product. Jarrah honey is known for its high MGO (Methylglyoxal) and TA (Total Activity) levels, which contribute to its powerful antibacterial and antifungal qualities, comparable to and often exceeding Manuka honey.
