Because our olives are naturally cured in brine (just salt + water, no preservatives), we recommend giving them a quick rinse before serving. This removes excess salt and lets the true olive flavour shine.
3 quick and easy ways to enjoy our Australian table olives:
1. Keep it simple
Rinse. Drizzle with Australian extra virgin olive oil and serve at room temp.
Perfect for grazing boards, cheese platters or an easy snack.
2. Add your own flavours
Try:
Orange zest + fennel seed
Lemon zest + rosemary + garlic
Dried chili + garlic
Finish with a generous drizzle of EVOO.
3. Warm them (they are like flavour bombs)
Gently heat rinsed olives in EVOO with citrus peel or herbs for a few minutes.
