As we look towards harvest 2026, we’re watching the olives closely. Early-picked olives bring those fresh grassy, peppery notes we love. As the season progresses and the fruit ripens, the oil's flavour profile softens into more fruity and floral notes.
Vintage 2026 is only a few months away and we can’t wait to see what flavours this years harvest brings
