2025 PRIMA EVOO has arrived

The freshest olive oil of the season, straight from the press and into your hands.

PRIMA extra virgin olive oil or Olio Nuovo (meaning new oil), is the very first press of the harvest - vibrant, cloudy and full of flavour.

Unlike most extra virgin olive oils that are settles and filtered, this one is bottled immediately after pressing, capturing the raw, robust character of the olives.

Our 2025 PRIMA has a sweet, fruity aroma with vibrant grassy and herbal notes, finishing with that signature peppery kick. It’s bursting with polyphenols—those powerful antioxidants that make extra virgin olive oil so good for you.

Each 700ml bottle is hand filled, labelled and numbered—and once this limited release is gone, it’s gone until next year.

Drizzle it over soups, swirl it through salads, whip up a pesto that sings—or take a walk on the wild side and pour it over vanilla ice cream (trust us, it’s magic).

Best enjoyed within 4–6 weeks of opening for peak freshness.
